The E-commerce Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. This role involves a mix of website management and digital marketing to support the growth of our e-commerce presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury products, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
What you will do:
-Use sales, marketing, and web data to manage daily merchandising of our Shopify website, including updates to product pages, blog posts, home page, and collection pages.
-Apply SEO best practices to website updates based on our SEO consultant’s guidelines.
-Conduct daily website audits.
-Oversee all photo assets and copy on the website to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. This includes ordering product photography from outside vendors and working with interior designers and photographers for images from their project.
-Manage and maintain all website apps.
-Coordinate with developers to make technical improvements to the website.
-Send weekly IT reports to update the team on website changes.
-Generate monthly web reports highlighting key performance indicators and insights for online growth.
-Assist the Creative Director in creating and executing email and SMS strategies using Monday.com.
-Lead execution of email/ SMS campaigns, including maintaining audience lists, creating new segments, and A/B testing.
-Create detailed monthly Klaviyo summaries of campaign/flow performance and improvement areas.
-Support the Creative Director in planning upcoming content to ensure beautiful photography for digital platforms.
-Manage Instagram, linktree, social media roundups, reels, and posts.
-Maintain and update Pinterest, providing regular reports.
-Manage the Sister Parish YouTube account.
-Update marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Suite.
-Organize and store all images on Dropbox.
What you will need:
-Expertise in Shopify
-Expertise in Klaviyo
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with GA4, Google Console & Shopify Analytics
-Experience with either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
-Experience across all relevant Social Media platforms is a plus (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
