Hi I’m Evan Carmichael and welcome to another edition of Entrepreneur Tools. Today I’m going to talk about one of my favourite tools that I use to run my business called Google Docs which has been updated to Google Drive. I use it to collaborate with my team, run surveys and do mail merges with Gmail. I’m going to quickly touch in all of them and hopefully you get few ideas to help you grow your business as well.

So that’s a quick overview about Google Drive and how I use it. Again, I mainly use it to collaborate with my team by sharing files and editing them together. I also use it to run surveys with my audience and find out what they are interested in. Finally I use it to run mail merges when I have important emails that I want to send out that need to be customized.
